Deanna has been teaching voice, piano and theory for decades in her private studio.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts with a BA in Music from Alvernia University, and has completed graduate courses and continuing education in vocal pedagogy.  Deanna has also completed all levels of Somatic Voicework at The Institute for Contemporary Commercial Music Vocal Pedagogy, Shenandoah University. 

Deanna's vocal students range in age from 13 to adult learners with no age limit. Deanna has created a course designed for the aging voice entitled "Keep Singing into Your 60's and Beyond."  She teaches Classical, Broadway, Jazz and Pop.  

In addition to teaching voice, she offers beginner and intermediate piano lessons and theory.  

She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, The Voice Foundation, and Southwest Florida Music Teachers Association.
